This is the service designed for the corporate clients who have participants on the similar English levels. The exclusive custom-made service is suited for particular industry and job description and will be followed by a periodical review and evaluation system.

团购服务 Group Membership Offering

适合学员英语水平比较分散以及培训学员较少的企业客户，根据学员的英语等级和个人学习情况进入师培秀英语培训中心学习，以5人为基本单位。

For a minimum of 5, Experiential Language Training Center, the mother company of TALK Corporate, will present English Club memberships for those participants on a wider range of English level.

特定服务 Event Organization

有特定服务需求的企业客户，如举办企业沙龙活动，企业文化推广活动，媒体互动活动，公司旅游。

For various type of purpose, TALK Corporate helps company to hold special events and activities with Talk da Talk crew and creativity team, such as team building activities, promotional events, company outing etc...

A.客户需求分析 Needs Analysis

从公司背景、岗位要求、受训员工现有外语水平及培训预计目标等方面入手了解客户培训需求，并据此提供初步的课程方案建议

TALK Corporate offers professional analytical services before providing a suitable training proposal to the company. We review company profile, training objective, job requirement, budget and prospects before we set up company training plan.

B.学员水平测试 Placement Test

免费对学员进行外语能力测试，其中笔试主要测试单词量及语法的综合水平，口试则测试口语表达的能力及常用情景对话的应用能力。测试结果将修正课程方案建议

Free English test for each participant. The test clearly identify participants鈥?overall English strengths and weakness in terms of vocabulary, grammar and oral abilities. The test result will be the foundation of the future training course.

C.设置课程内容 Training Course Design and Finalization

根据分析客户的培训需求及水平测试的结果，为客户设定课程内容及难度等级，或根据客户的具体情况增加相关材料，安排相关教师等。

Based on the needs analysis and the placement test result, TALK Corporate will present a suitable training course outline at this stage. The outline will draw out the future materials and suitable facilitator details.

D.协商并签订协议 Contract Signing

经双方友好协商，我们会与客户签订一份培训协议以保证培训课程的顺利开展

After the confirmation of the proposal plan and the time frame in the future, a contract should be signed based on the mutual consensus.

E.教师开展培训 Material and Facilitator Preparation

中心的专业培训教师按照培训大纲，专业培训教师按照培训大纲，将课内教学和课外自学结合起来，我们会为您提供具有不同教学及专业背景的外教以满足不同的培训需求。

TALK Corporate then selects and briefs the trainer on the company objective and approved proposed course outlines and on the course trainees in order to form class groups and class materials based on the language abilities.

F.课外活动参与 Mini Adventure and Variety Practices

赠予企业学员免费3个月TDT俱乐部会员资格和双语杂志，会员可以在洋腔洋调美语网上学习，交换语言伙伴，自由选择参加俱乐部活动，提高口语，增加练习机会

3 month free Talk da Talk membership will be granted to all the corporate training program participants, which including Bi-monthly TDT Magazine, TDT English Learning website benefits and weekly language exchange program. All these value-added features would enhance the learning result and interests.

G.教学跟踪与信息反馈 Quality Control

中心将定期收集学员及教师的反馈信息，采取包括教学双方的出勤管理、教学内容及方法优化等质量管理控制措施，以此促进教学质量，提高教学效果

In order to ensure training quality and efficiency, TALK Corporate conducts periodical review and evaluation through classes attendance records, individual classes performance and feedbacks from training facilitators. Please find the enclosed evaluation form for trainee鈥檚 review.

H.培训测试及教学效果评估 Final Test and Evaluation

培训结束时，对学员进行最终培训测试，同时也是对教师的教学效果评估，整理成绩表及效果评估表以存档管理。

By the end of training course, TALK Corporate conducts the final assessment to better present the training result. Also participants get to pass the feedback on facilitator鈥檚 overall training performance so that we could better cope with the company needs in a longer term.
